A Little Vino!

I'm trying to get caught up before Thanksgiving! A few weeks ago Xander & I met Mom, Johnny, Nee Nee, Calvin, Jackie, Randy, Marie, Dorris, Rob, Kacy, Randianne, Jay & Addie at Arrington Vineyards. It was such a nice Fall day! Xander & Addie had the best time playing. We could not have asked for a better day!

The gang's all here!

Lunch was delicious!

I love this picture!

Hmm, what are these things?
Taking a closer look.

My sweetie.

Of course, we had to play football!

Sweet Addie giving Xander a kiss!

Hey Addie! I like your shoes!

Addie, let's go play!

C'mon, I'll hold your hand!

Lets go!

Sneaking a kiss!

Do I have to hold his hand?

Xander, what are you looking at?

Look!

I don't see anything!

Isn't that funny?
Yes, it is!

Hmm, who could be under there?

Goodbye! Love you! See you soon!

More Hodge Podge

Still playing catch-up!

Monday Night Football
A few weeks ago, Xander & I pulled in the driveway and saw this:

Our neighbors were having a Monday Night Football viewing party! It was so much fun! We could pretty much look out any window on the back of our house and see the game. We're lucky to have neighbors who enjoy football as much as us!

Xander had a front row seat!

Getting a better view.

In position...hut hut! (He's so cute when he says that!)

Yeah, Xander & I were in our PJ's! Ha!

Can I Help?
The X-Man always wants to do whatever we're doing. He gets so upset if we don't let him help. One of his recent "jobs" has been raking the leaves.
Wow! Daddy, we sure have a lot of leaves to rake!

Notice, even when raking leaves, he has to have a ball in his hand!

Hey Ladies!
Every football season, Al takes the managers out for dinner. I usually go with him; it's so much fun! I missed out when Al took them a few weeks ago. But, Xander was able to go! Al said he had a blast! He loves the ladies! The older the better. Al said he was a total flirt!

Xander's Ladies: Kristen, Katie, Alyssa, Kennedy & Molly.
He loves them!

Just a few more things to post and I think I'll be caught up!

A Hodge Podge

We've been so busy the last few weeks. I've gotten super behind on posting. So, this is going to be a hodge podge.

Xander & Zolie
I'm always trying to get pictures of Xander of Zolie together. It's so hard to get a good picture of them! But, I think I'm close to getting THE picture! Here lately, they've been doing a little bit better.

They're not looking up, but they're together!

I love this pic of X! I just wish Zolie had looked up!

They're together, again!

 Wow! They're both looking up!

MJ Football
Football season is over. Boo hoo! MJ made it to the 2nd round of the playoffs! Woo hoo! Here are a few pictures from the Station Camp & Portland games.

Focused on the game. MJ beat Station Camp 40-8!

Notice the change in clothes? His diaper leaked!
I'm so glad I had his pj's!
I wish I'd taken a change of clothes for myself.
I had a large wet spot on my pants the entire 2nd half of the game!
I love X's little fuzzy bear jacket! Al hates it!

Xander loved this little MJ towel! Thank you, Donna!

He was such a good boy at the MJ-Portland game!
Mainly because of the little towel;
he could throw it and it wouldn't hurt anyone.

Telling everybody bye!

TTU...Go Eagles!
We made a quick trip to Cookeville a few weeks ago. While there, we visited Al's aunt & uncle and we attended the TTU - EIU game! Al's Aunt Rose & Uncle OC are huge Tech fans and they were excited to see Xander sporting his Awesome Eagle shirt! Even though he's only 18 months, I think they're already praying he goes to Tech (Rose was a professor & OC a dean at Tech). They're total purple & gold fans!

Everytime I go on to Tech's campus, I get a little giddy! It's so exciting! I have so many awesome memories. While at the game, for Al, it was like a meet & greet. He saw some of his current players, former players, former teammates, etc. While at Tech, I used to love going to the games! I did 1st & 10 and had so much fun meeting the recruits, giving them tours, etc.

Future Golden Eagle!

Hey Uncle OC, think I could have your glasses?

Go Eagles!

More "hodge podge" to come!

Flashback Friday

It's Friday! Time for a flashback!

Last year for Halloween, Xander was a sweet little monkey!

This year, he was "Junior Chef" at Xander's Kitchen!

Like Father, Like Son

After church on Sunday, Al got his laptop out to break down film before his football meeting. Xander saw Al with his laptop, so he got his laptop. Yep, his little dvd player! It was so cute!

Hey Dad, what are you watching over there?

Daddy, this doesn't look like football.

Hmm, this must be something Mommy picked out for me.

Also, check out this picture of Al modeling X's new hat. Ha!

Here's another cute pic of Al & Xander. Do you think Al forgot he was wearing X's fireman hat?

Happy Halloween!

We had so much fun this Halloween! Xander did so good!

First, the costumes...what did X & Z dress up as? A chef & a lobster. Zolie has dressed up every year since she was a puppy. She loves to dress up! Last year, Xander was a monkey and Zolie was a banana. I went back & forth on what they were going to be this year. I just knew they HAD to coordinate. I thought about a hamburger & a hot dog, princess & frog, Raggedy Ann & Andy, etc. But, nothing was really clicking. Brandy & I were at Cool Springs, when we walked in Gymboree and I saw the chef costume, ran to Brandy and said this was THE costume!

The costume was way to big for him! I mean super big. I had the hat pinned, the jacket tucked & cuffed, the pants rolled about 8x, but it didn't matter. He was going to be a chef! He's getting a kitchen (shh, don't tell him!) for Christmas and I was going to order him an apron & chef's hat. So, I thought the chef costume would work perfectly. Plus, he can wear it a long time. I ordered Zolie's costume on Amazon and we were all set!

Xander went trick-or-treating at school and had a great time. Al said he didn't understand why he was going in & out of classrooms and why people were giving him candy. He normally gets no candy (except for lollipops when he gets his hair cut).

On Saturday night, we went trunk-or-treating with Mom, Johnny, Brandy, Benji, Tyler & Emma. Xander had a ball! He loved the games. He did pretty good at them too!

On Sunday, we went trick-or-treating in our neighborhood. We only went to a few houses. X & Z did great! At every house, we'd get X out of the wagon & put Z in her pot. It was so fun!

Candy bags for Xander's classmates & teachers.

I'm not sure what Zolie saw, but it must have looked good!

Al got home from football on Saturday in time to go with us! Yippee!

Tyler & Emma looking super cute! Go Vols!

Xander kept aiming for the top!

He didn't want to give up his little duck!

He loved bowling!

Tyler getting his groove on!

Umm, Mom, I can't see.

Welcome to Xander's Kitchen!

Heading out for a little trick-or-treating!
